Country House Weddings Ltd is a family run business with over 25 years’ experience of making unforgettable wedding memories. They have four UK venues that are exclusively used for weddings every day of the year.

Leez Priory, Essex

This Tudor manor house venue is nestled in the glorious Essex countryside and is exclusively yours for your wedding weekend. Leez Priory was the first venue in the UK to hold a civil ceremony license.

The venue is set in 40 acres of parkland, with sweeping driveway and manicured lawns and lakes, Leez Priory remains one of the most sought-after wedding venues in the country.

It offers 7 ceremony options, three outside and four inside, so there is something for everyone. There's the option for up to thirty-four guests to stay and they also offer two dining options, helping you create a bespoke day.

Clearwell Castle, Gloucestershire

We were lucky enough to visit Clearwell Castle in March which is a stunning wedding venue hidden in the beautiful Forest of Dean.

The venue is complete with grand reception rooms, a 75-foot aisle and plenty of accommodation for your whole wedding party. The castle is set in 20 acres of grounds giving the chance for endless photo opportunities. Inside the venue, the high ceilings and marble pillars scream elegance and luxury.

The entire house and grounds are exclusively yours for up to 250 guests. There is plenty of room for your wedding party to stay the night before the big day too! This multi award-winning castle offers a spectacular backdrop for your fairy-tale wedding.

Gosfield Hall, Essex

A former palace that allows you to follow in the footsteps of royalty on your special day. This beautiful Georgian mansion is set in 10 acres of grounds and parkland, with a ballroom, reception rooms and bridal suite inside.

Queen Charlotte’s oak-panelled gallery offers a 120-foot aisle for wedding ceremonies, however, there is also an option for an outdoor ceremony. There are also several grand reception rooms for your guests to enjoy all day long.

In addition, there are twenty-three luxurious bedroom suites, with the Lady’s Chambers Cottage available for the bride and bridesmaids the night before the wedding so they can get ready for the big day in relaxation!

St. Audries Park, Somerset

St Audries Park encapsulates peace and tranquillity with a breathtaking view over the Bristol Channel.

The Great Hall offers Harry Potter-style charm, whereas the Banqueting Hall is fit for royalty, with large windows that let the light flood through. There is also accommodation on site for over 100 guests, which proves popular for staying not just one night, but two, creating an unforgettable wedding weekend.

Combermere Abbey, Cheshire

Combermere Abbey sits in acres of woodland and walled gardens, providing a private space for your celebration. This Cheshire venue is elegant, luxurious and magical, offering something unique for your fairytale wedding.
