With in excess of 20 years experience, Freespirit Events provide a quality, bespoke outside catering
and hospitality service. Our aim is to transfer our exceptional event experiences to a location of your choice throughout Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, and Oxfordshire. Delivering only the best locally sourced, seasonal food. Our team of talented chefs use the very best that the season has to offer, dreaming up imaginative menus that fit the time of year and your event perfectly. This allows us to source locally, utilising the freshest ingredients from renowned suppliers and creating dishes that showcase them at their finest.

We specialise in a whole range of different foods
Yes! Once our couples have booked with us we will set up a tasting experience to help guide them through finalising their food choices
We can create bespoke packages for our couples to suit all tastes and specifications but also have our set menu options
We can supply our very own bar as an addition with different hire options
We would suggest trying to book a caterer around the same time you have chosen a venue, this allows a higher chance of availability and enough time to finalise your requirements

Freespirit Events are lucky enough to be the caterers for Home Farms Weddings and Events and recommended suppliers under other venues locally, one being Hadsham Farm. Some have been lucky enough to taste our food in a few of our very own venues such as The Castle at Edgehill located in Banbury or further afield in No.75 Leamington Spa
Yes we do cater for Marquee Weddings, something in which is becoming more popular to date
We can provide linens and napkins if required
