A brand new experience for your wedding day, The Pinewood Hotel combines contemporary and stylish interiors with professional service in a personal and intimate manner.
We can offer a complete service for you, from organising the
wedding ceremony in the hotel, serving your guests a superb
meal during the day through to a private breakfast for your
guests the morning after!
We recognise that your wedding is the most important day of
your life and we will do our utmost to ensure that the day runs smoothly and is enjoyable for you and your guests.
You can choose from inclusive packages alongside a bespoke service, as we know that every wedding day is an individual one and we will help plan your day just how you want it.
Our wedding suite, the Symak Room can seat up to 120,
included in this area is also a mezzanine level, a "chill out"
room and your own private bar - a spacious and flexible area to suit your needs!
If you are looking for a larger venue we can arrange a
marquee, either attached to the Symak Room, or stand alone set in our 5 acres of parkland. Once you have decided on The Pinewood, our wedding co-ordinator will go through a complete plan with you, ensuring that no detail is missed, and that the time prior to, during and after your special day is worry free!

Services provided by The Pinewood Hotel

We can accomodate up to 120 guests within the hotel, or up to 220 if you choose to have a marquee. We are licenced for civil ceremonies. The hotel has 48 bedrooms including a honeymoon suite and all guests of the hotel get free access to local gym facilities included in the rate.

Wedding Office is open from 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
Our weekend and evening staff are fully trained to deal with your enquiries also.
