Laura and John - Floral Daydream

After a series of romantic weekends away in Paris, Bruges and Edinburgh, Laura was beginning to wonder whether John would ever propose to her. Finally, he popped the question in a Bed and Breakfast they were staying in on their way to Bournemouth. Laura was so surprised and speechless that she still can’t remember if she actually said yes!

Laura chose an elegant fishtail gown from Wed2b in Milton Keynes, and she swapped the pearl belt to a more sparkly one to match their glittery romantic theme. She also added a feathery bolero to keep warm! For their flowers, Laura and John decided that they wanted a romantic winter woodland theme. Laura’s mum is a florist so they spent lots of days off foraging for bits of bark and moss which they could incorporate into their floral table decorations. From floral centrepieces, to an extravagant wedding arch, Laura’s mum created lots of flower arrangements to fit the romantic theme.
