virgo, born in the mid sixties. I live in the Cotswolds with my partner and son. I run my business from The Old School House, Aldsworth where I have a studio. From school I went to art college, discovered photography and went on to the BA in Film Video and Photographic Arts at Westminster Uni., 13 years ago! I've worked in commercial advertising photography and for a fair few years English Heritage, now my work is mainly PR, wedding and social photography.

Wedding photography fills a big part of our working schedule and it's an area we get a great deal of satisfaction from. We try a keep a low profile at weddings and avoid turning the day into a photo shoot. Using available light where ever poss and always meet with the clients at the venues to talk through and agree an itinery. On the day we try and mix up the set shots, keeping the organising of people down to a minimum, with reportage style images of the day unfolding. We like to have structure and to float, get some ideas about the group shots and organise the nice portraits then drift around and capture candid. We present the images uniquely as books, custom made and hand bound.
