Spa Day or Spa Weekend?

One of the nicest treats imaginable in the run up to your wedding is visiting a Spa retreat. Imagine spoiling yourself (and your bridesmaids) in some sumptuous stress relief and glorious relaxation. Of course for the more energetic most Spas offer state-of-the-art gymnasiums and fitness studios, which can be complemented by the serenity of a luxurious indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Take time out to indulge in a massage, facial, pedicure or manicure, or try one of the alternative treatments that are now widely available. Treatments such as hot stone therapy, indian head massage, reiki and detox body wraps are all good for relaxation and help prepare you for your big day.
