Leaflets
At all of our Wedding Fairs we give every bride a bag with details of the exhibitors and other suppliers to help them find suppliers for their special day.
Due to the high demand of wedding suppliers wanting to exhibit at some of our fairs we can't get everyone in and not everyone is available on the dates, so we have an option to promote your business via the insertion of your leaflets/brochures which are included in the bridal information packs.
This option is £45.00 plus VAT. You supply us with your leaflets and we do the rest by putting them in the packs.
We ask that your leaflets are no bigger than A4, but other than that the world's your oyster. We can put in DVDs, CDs, and catalogues. It is up to you how you would like your business showcased.
This cost also includes the mail list, which all the brides fill out as they enter the wedding fair. We compile this information and send it to you via e-mail, or by post. This give you the opportunity to contact them at a later date.
What to do now
If you would like to have your leaflets included in the bridal information packs, all you have to do next is to email John to let us know that you would like to book and for which wedding fair you are interested in. You then need to send approximately 150 leaflets to our office address, with a cheque made payable to 'Guides For Brides' for £52.88 per Fair. Please also include your contact details and which wedding fair you would like your leaflets promoted.. We need them at least 10 days before the specified wedding fair.
Please note that we do not return any leaflets that have not been used, and if there are large quantities left we may contact you to see if you wish to add them to another wedding fair.
Please do not send the package direct to the venue, or by special delivery, we cannot guarantee that we will receive them.
