First Meeting

* Complete Client details and On-line requirements (this is a comprehensive online fitness portfolio so you can record your progress and follow exercise plans between the 1 to 1 sessions)
* Complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ), this is a medical screening form
* Complete a Fitness Goals form to establish your objectives
* Fitness assessment

Second Meeting

* Lets get physical! The real training starts at your home, office, or gym (by arrangement).
* Each 1 hour session will include a warm up and stretch (5-10 minutes), Cardio for weight management or fitness improvement (20-25 minutes), Resistance exercises for toning and conditioning your muscles (20-25 minutes), followed by a cool down and stretch.
