Bruisyard Hall is a beautiful country house and barn wedding venue in Saxmundham, Suffolk. Set in a peaceful and unspoiled picturesque estate. We are very lucky to be situated close to the church for those wishing for a Church Wedding, or our Barn and House is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships. The options for weddings range from Intimate to larger gatherings and we offer single day weddings or a weekend hire option. The Team at Bruisyard are on hand to help you throughout.

For those wanting a church ceremony, the Grade I listed church in Bruisyard village is a short walk from Bruisyard Hall. Should you wish to marry within the grounds of Bruisyard Hall Estate, for a Barn wedding you can seat up to 140 guests, while our intimate weddings in the Hall host civil ceremonies for up to 24.

The Hall provides the ideal exclusive use accommodation for your Wedding Party, with 12 sumptuous bedrooms including the bridal suite, games room and attic bar, as well as a dining room to seat up to 24.

The adjacent 17th century beamed Bruisyard Barn gives you access to the Medieval Hall, Minstrel’s Gallery and Banqueting Hall, with two additional en-suite bedrooms in a separate wing. The Barn is fitted with a state-of-the-art sound system, large windows with views out to the gardens, underfloor heating, professionally equipped kitchens and parking for up to 100 cars.
