Wedding venue on the outskirts of Wokingham. It is important to find the right venue for your wedding - here at Bearwood Lakes we offer a personal service, in luxurious facilities surrounded by our beautiful golf course and lakes.
Looking for a wedding venue in Berkshire? Bearwood Lakes is a perfect setting for your wedding ceremony and/or reception. We offer an extensive A La Carte menu and invite you to personalise your choices with the help of our experienced chefs.
The beautifully decorated restaurant facilities comfortably seat up to 110 guests or cater for up to 150 guests 'buffet style'.
We are dedicated to providing a professional quality service. Our team are on hand to assist with organising your very special day.
Being a private members club, we can offer a limited number of weddings to non-members, giving you the extra special experience that you deserve, making your big day all that more unique.
The lakes on the grounds make for a gorgeous bridal photoshoot - reserved just for the happy couple you are welcome to visit the lakes with your photographer (with our member of staff guiding the way) for an extra special photo opportunity (weather permitting!).

Yes, we can offer exclusive use of the main Clubhouse bar and restaurant area.
Yes, Bearwood Lakes is licenced for civil ceremonies.
No, sadly the wedding ceremony will take place indoors, however the clubhouse has full panoramic views of the golf course and neighbouring woodland.
Yes, we charge corkage when people supply their own wine - please contact us for prices.
No, you may not use your own caterers, however, our Head Chef and his kitchen staff will be happy to discuss your bespoke requirements.
We welcome the venue to be decorated and timings will depend on your arrival time.

No, we are very sorry, but fireworks are not permitted.
Yes, the use of confetti is allowed and exact restrictions will be discussed in a one to one meeting with you in the run up to the event.

Bearwood Lakes do not have accommodation, but we do have large Ladies and Gents Changing Rooms where guests or members of the bridal party can change if necessary.
There is no accommodation on site, but there are plenty of hotels locally, ranging from budget to 5 star.
Yes, there are lots of hotels nearby with varied price ranges. Winnersh has a Premier Inn, Travel Lodge and Crown Plaza.
