Engage the services of a Professional Toastmaster, whom has been suitably trained and is a member of a recognised national body and you will have the services of a person that will :

If requested, advise on Wedding etiquette and customs prior to and during the big day
Receive and Welcome guests
Receive and escort the Bride and Bridegroom on their arrival
Assist the Photographer if required
Organise the receiving line and introduce the guest to the hosts, if requested
Ensure the guests are seated at the appropriate time for the wedding breakfast
Announce the entrance of the Bride and Bridegroom and escort them to their places
Say Grace or alternatively introduce the guest who is performing this duty, if requested
Introduce the formal speeches
Assist members of the Bridal party with distribution of gifts, if requested
Direct and announce the ceremony of cutting of the Wedding Cake
Arrange the circulation of the guest book
At the conclusion of the wedding breakfast, announce that the Bride and Bridegroom, along with members of the Bridal party, will be leaving the banqueting suite
Receive and welcome guests arriving for any evening function
Announce the first dance
