My role as your Professional Wedding Toastmaster is to ensure you have a most wonderful day. I will offer you expertise and ideas well before your wedding to really personalise your day during TWO face to face meetings, production of a 24 hour timeline based on your wishes and being available to support you 24/7 on the telephone or email in the run up to your big day.

Part of what I do on the day is liaising behind the scenes with your suppliers but specifically for you I will also;

Support the speakers with their speeches
Greet your guests to the reception
Organise the receiving line and announce your guests
Co-ordinate the reception of guest gifts and cards
Ensure guests are aware of the seating plan
Formally announce the 'happy couple' to guests attending the wedding breakfast and escort to their seats
Say Grace if applicable
Read cards and messages if applicable
Announce the toasts and the speakers
Manage 'special' moments
Ensure the guestbook is circulated and signed
Assist in the presentation of special gifts or bouquets to significant guests
Announce the retiring of the 'happy couple' from the table
Organise and announce the cutting of the wedding cake
Announce the arrangements for the evening including the first dance if applicable
Be available for anything else to ensure the perfect day
