Before your wedding day:

He will meet you at your wedding breakfast venue is essential to discuss your wedding plans in detail
Provide a detailed wedding day schedule
Be contactable by email or phone to discuss your queries or ideas

On your wedding day:

Be available throughout the day to deal with any problems or emergencies
Arrive early to check the wedding breakfast venue is set up as per your instructions
Receive your guests and collect cards and presents for safe keeping
Greet the Wedding party on arrival
For Civil Ceremonies Tim will liaise with the Registrar and make announcements as required
Assist the Photographer with assembling groups for photographs
Liaise with the venue staff as necessary
Organise the Receiving Line and introduce your guests
Announce the Wedding Parties entrance to the Wedding Breakfast and escort them to their seats
Say Grace before the meal
Announce the formal speeches and Toasts
Ensure that bouquets and presents are available for presentation during the speeches
Announce the Cutting of the cake
Circulate your guest book and ensure it is signed by all guests
Encourage your guests to take photographs
Close the Wedding Breakfast and escort the Bride and Bridegroom out of the room
Receive your evening guests and collect cards and presents for safe keeping
Organise the traditional throwing of the Bride’s bouquet, if required
Organise the first dance and introduce the Bride and Bridegroom onto the dance floor
