At La Saison we don’t believe in using set menus and choose to let you suggest ingredients, flavours and styles that you enjoy and suggest dishes based on your needs. Our ethos is in using the freshest seasonal produce to create both food and an atmosphere that blends seamlessly with the surroundings and time of year.
Our team is made up of two chefs who started their careers in fast paced, high quality rosette standard kitchens. This was followed by freelance work at some of the U.K’s most prestigious venues as well as events for some of the top names in commerce, sport and show business. As we are a small company nothing gets lost in translation and you are in direct contact with the chefs every step of the way.
Whether it’s a working lunch in the depths of winter or a marquee wedding at the height of summer, we guarantee to deliver to your expectations….. and then some.
