Meat The Chef is a new build, high end Food Truck specialising in:
Buttermilk fried chicken, bacon jam, slaw in a demi brioche bap.
Pulled ox cheek cooked in Guinness, horseradish cream, pickled onion, brioche bap.
100% organic British beechwood smoked frankfurter, buttered onions, pork popcorn
Poutine, miso gravy, confit duck, squeaky cheese curds.
Parmesan breaded pork schnitzel, wild rocket, truffle mayo.
Various sides including:
Chicken skin salted skin on fries,
Rosemary salted fries,
We also can cater for a breakfast offering:
Sweet cured, old fashioned thick cut middle back bacon, “MTC” ketchup, floury bap.
Fried local duck egg, potato hash, “MTC” ketchup.
“MTC” smoked beans.
As for myself, I have been working in Michelin star kitchens in London, France and Germany for the past 24 years and acquired 3 AA rosettes in my last position, I am loving the change of direction creating and cooking great food that people really want to eat.
We are based on the West Sussex/Surrey border and are members of NCASS.
