All our cakes are home-made and hand-crafted in Newmarket by myself.
I am French and currently working in the only Four Red Star Hotel and Spa in Newmarket as Pastry Chef. Everyday I cater for the hotel's Two Rosette restaurant, its bar and spa as well as doing private functions such as conferences and weddings.
I am classically trained in Patisserie and Confectionery from the best culinary school in the country, Westminster College in London, and graduated with Distinction.
I am so very passionate about my work, always wanting to excel in my creations. Pastry has enabled me to express my creative side and it has materialised in beautiful and flavoursome dishes and cakes.
