She is an expert at interpreting ideas and designing wedding cake that create just the right mood and feel for your special day. She offers a personal and professional service, from the initial concepts, right up to the day itself, she will work closely with you to create a unique wedding cake to celebrate the most amazing day of your life. Lindy is not only one of the UK’s top cake designers she is also an internationally acclaimed cake decorating author, with best-selling and award winning titles. Her next book ‘ Simply Modern Wedding Cakes’ is being published in March 2016 aimed at brides and professional cake decorators alike. Her work is often seen in cake decorating magazines and she occasionally appears on TV, currently on Create and Craft TV.
