With 20 years combined experience in the world of catering Phil and Michelle have worked in all areas of hospitality. Both are trained as qualified chefs and have experienced the highs and lows of working in fine dining restaurants and hotels. After many years of working split shifts in confined kitchens it was time for a change and Unique Catering was created!

There are many outside catering companies out there offering a good service, but Phil and Michelle pride themselves on providing a one to one service with all their clients from the very first meeting or phone call, through to the actual day of the event.
