Perfect wedding car for your wedding day that covers Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.This car (Betsy) has been in our ownership since 1988 and is a star of screen, TV, pop videos, gala openings and premieres. She has made personal appearances from Leeds to Cannes and is elegantly understated. Dating from the golden era of American classics, (the period just after World War II until the late-50s, before the onset of enormous fins), she has been lovingly restored to her original pale yellow with dark green leather interior.



When she was built in April 1952, she boasted every available extra for her year. Power steering, transmission, windows, front seat and roof; features that we find surprisingly useful in her role as a wedding car.

BUICK

Betsy is based near Watlington in Oxfordshire and is available and fully insured for weddings, with a standard charge of £325 for 4 ½ hours door to door and, bearing in mind that she consumes fuel at an astonishing 8 – 14 miles per gallon, depending on the traffic, there is a surcharge for distances of over 50 miles round trip, of £1.20 per mile. For longer events, allow a further £40 per half hour over 4 ½ hours (base to base)



With her bench front seat – which must be used whenever possible, just because you can! - she holds, at a squeeze, 7 bridesmaids plus the driver. So where distances are not too long, we can do two, or even 3, trips from home to church. She comes complete with cream satin ribbons and chilled Pannier pink Champagne (usually consumed after the service, although we can make exceptions!) is available at £23 for a half bottle or £40 for a bottle.
