I take great pride in my cakes, designed to the Bride's own specification. As with most aspects of the wedding, there are decisions to be made - whether to have a round, square, petal, oval or heart or a designer cake for your great day!

The cakes are a deep rich fruit cake generously laced with brandy and left to mature. Madeira sponge cakes are also available and can be filled with a filling of your choice.The cakes are then covered with a white almond paste and covered in fondant icing, white or champagne, with its many delicate designs. The "icing on the cake" comes with the creation of the exquisite flower arrangements to match the Bride's bouquet and to incorporate ribbons to match the colours worn by the bridesmaids. These flowers are extremely realistic as I have been taught by International teachers and I also teach at adult education centers, give private lessons, demonstrate to many groups and recently seen on Meridian television. Sugar flowers will keep as a memento for many years. If you would like fresh or silk flowers instead of sugar flowers - this will be no problem. Prices range for a 2 tier from £110 and 3 tier from £240 to include hand made sugar flowers, boards, pillars, boxes, etc depending on shape and decoration. Stand and knife available for hire - £7.50. I will be happy to deliver the cake to your reception venue and set it up on your special day, cost depending on distance. I do require a 30% deposit on booking with the full balance, if paid by cheque, seven days prior to collection or delivery. I will be pleased to give my advice and personal attention.
