Fancy That! will provide you with the perfect wedding cake for your special day. We specialise in using Belgian chocolate (plain, milk or white) for rich, sumptuous cakes, and also create the French-style croquembouche – a tower of delicious profiteroles for cake or for dessert. Or why not try something less traditional; a ‘cake’ made from individual cup-cakes, or fairy cakes, on a pretty glass stand, or a cheesecake decorated with vine fruits?
